Updates to Our Landscape Team's Work Schedule

Written by Open Range

At Open Range, we're always looking for ways to improve how we serve you. That’s why we’re excited to share an update about our new four-day workweek schedule for our landscape team! This change, starting this season, is designed to streamline our operations, enhance project efficiency, and maintain the high standard of quality you expect from us.

What’s Changing?

Our landscape team will now work Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, at your home or job site. This schedule allows us to dedicate longer hours to your project, ensuring steady progress and faster completion.

If delays occur due to factors like bad weather, we'll work on Friday or Saturday to stay on track. While we won’t be on site every day, this focused schedule benefits both you and our team.

Why the Change?

This schedule change improves project efficiency and quality. Longer workdays give us more uninterrupted time to focus, tackle tasks, and meet deadlines. A four-day week also provides flexibility for any unexpected disruptions. With contingency workdays, we’re ready to minimize downtime and keep your project on track.

What Does This Mean for You?

Switching to a four-day workweek reflects our commitment to serving you better. Here’s what to expect:

Improved Efficiency: Longer workdays help us focus and move your project forward without delays.

Clear Communication: If schedule changes are needed, we’ll inform you and coordinate to minimize disruptions.

Consistent Progress: Our optimized schedule ensures steady, reliable results on every project.

We know changes can raise questions. If you’d like more details about how this affects your projects, feel free to reach out. Our team is happy to help.

Thank you for trusting us with your projects and for being a valued part of our community.
