The Charles is Salt Lake City's premier, luxury, mixed-family community in the heart of Phase 1 in the West Quarter. When The Ritchie Group first approached Open Range Interiors, they wanted an interior design celebrating the New Orleans jazz scene of the 1920s. Our commercial team took that note and ran with it, creating community spaces (like the sip-and-store wine cellar, rooftop lounge, or co-working spaces that fit any work style) that invite residents in.

SkyHouse is the essence of city living and an ideal destination for young professionals looking for urbane elegance. To quickly establish that feel, we leaned into Glam styling with bold, risk-taking colors, pops of gold (best encapsulated by a gorgeous chandelier that grazes the coffee table), and custom furniture that helps define distinct spaces within the large room. The result is an equal pairing of masculine and feminine energy that makes you want to pause to say high to the neighbors.
